Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Campcrafters, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Description of Service

Campcrafters provides reservation management, point of sale, and guest portal software for RV parks and campgrounds. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. Upon account termination, you may request a full export of your data.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Campcrafters is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.
